I'm Austin Dains, a communications strategist and writer who believes clarity is a competitive advantage. I currently lead employee storytelling and internal editorial at Stripe, where good communication is infrastructural.

My career has been spent helping organizations cut through the noise. I write with intention, develop content strategy, and manage work from first idea to final execution.
